'URBAN STOREYS' PERFORMANCE

THE HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA YEAR 2 STUDENTS PERFORM
THEIR SHORT PLAY 'URBAN STOREYS 2'
An unexpected situation brings two strangers who live next door to each other in a block of flats together for several hours.
Despite being very different people they are surprised to find they have more in common than they think.
'Urban Storeys 2' is a humorous and sometimes emotional examination of the fears, failures,
ambitions and triumphs of two characters living alone in the Inner-City.

'Urban Storeys' is an annual project that examines Mike Leigh's method of creating character and scenarios. 
The live performance is the result of 12 weeks of research, character development and simulated improvisations.
The piece is non-scripted and entirely the work of the students involved.
