THE SCENARIO:
An unexpected situation brings two strangers who live next door to each other in a block of flats together for several hours.
Despite being very different people they find they have more in common than they think.
Through the use of Film, Flashbacks and Live Action 'Urban Storeys' is both a humorous and serious examination of the ambitions, fears, phobias, failures and triumphs of two characters with social issues living in the Inner-City.
